Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device Settings then Subscriptions to cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play Support directly for refund requests.
Are the workout plans safe?
Hone generates plans using AI. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program especially if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Our plans are designed as general guidance and not as medical advice.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Hone and go to the Profile tab. Under Account tap Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your account.
Why is AI plan generation not working?
AI plan generation requires an active Basic or Pro subscription. Free accounts can access starter plans only. Check your subscription status in the Profile tab. If you have an active subscription try tapping Restore Purchases in Profile then Account.
How do I update my meal times?
Open your saved nutrition plan and tap the edit icon in the top right corner. You can then adjust the meal time and notification time for each meal individually.
Can I use Hone offline?
Preset workout plans and the workout player work completely offline. AI plan generation and chat require an active internet connection.
How do I track my workout progress?
After completing a workout in the workout player your session is automatically saved. You can view your completion history by tapping on any saved workout in the Workouts tab.

Want to delete your account?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app. Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need help email us at honefitness.support@gmail.com
